Specialization: As I mentioned early, I have a great knowledge and experience in Investment properties especially dealing with Foreclosures and Auctions. Area of Expertise: I don’t like to say that I know every area in Houston. That would be a lie because Houston is huge and vast. Since I lived in Northwest corridor near Willow brook I can say I know areas in and around SH 249, Cypress, Spring, Tomball & Copperfield. But currently after moving to Sugar land, I also work with clients in Sugar land and Katy. Nowadays most part of the real estate transactions happens online, so there is no problem or restrictions on helping out the clients far out and anywhere in Texas.
